Report: Jennifer Lopez Files $10M Lawsuit Against Ex-Husband Over Movie Plans

Jennifer Lopez has reportedly filed a lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa, according to TMZ.

The site reported that J.Lo filed papers in LA County Superior Court on Friday regarding Noa's planned film, "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story," as well as his alleged intentions to market "11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage."

The footage reportedly includes "sexual situations" from the former couple's honeymoon.

Lopez is reportedly suing for $10 million for breach of contract, citing a previous confidentiality agreement between the two.

TheWrap.com previously reported that Lopez's lawyers had already sent a cease-and-desist order to her ex over his plans to move forward with the project.

After Noa attempted to write a tell-all book about his marriage to Lopez in 2006, he was slapped with a 2007 injunction which reportedly bars him from "licensing, disseminating, distribution... any book manuscript or other written materials which contain private or intimate details about Lopez or Noa's relationship with Lopez," the site reported.

The movie's director reportedly countered, saying that "How I Married Jennifer Lopez" is "100% parody" and does not fall under the restrictions of the 2007 injunction.

Lopez and Noa were married from 1997 to 1998.

She wed her current husband, singer Marc Anthony, in 2004.
