Our weight loss/dance-off returns for a second season.

We loved the inspiring stories from last season's Dance Your Ass Off. All totaled, our 12 finalists lost 500 pounds combined during and after the show. We got to see faves like Shayla, Pinky, and Ruben literally dance their asses off through incredible dance routines and grueling workouts. Well, guess what? DYAO is coming back for a second season in 2010. You can read the full press release here.
