
NEW YORK – September 12, 2012 – Monday nights on Oxygen just got fiercer as episode nine of the “Bad Girls Club” season nine scored over 1.5 million total viewers, according to Nielsen. Monday’s episode earned a season high among adults 18-49, delivering over one million viewers for the third time this season. Compared to last week’s episode (9/3/12), the series was up double-digits with 35 percent among adults 18-49, 31 percent among women 18-34 and 22 percent among total viewers. In addition, Oxygen ranked #1 in the 10pm hour among women 18-34 and women 18-49, out-delivering ABC and CBS. Rounding out the successful night, the second episode of the freshman docu-series "Girlfriend Confidential: LA" grew double digits over last week’s premiere episode (9/3/12) with a 30 percent increase in total viewers, 32 percent among adults 18-49, 28 percent among adults 18-34 and 14 percent among women 18-49. The episode earned nearly one million total viewers between the premiere and encore airings.
The network’s success continued on the digital front as “Bad Girls Club” ranked as the most social female focused series on Cable and Broadcast Television and the #2 most social show of the night, according to Social Guide.
In next week’s episode of “Bad Girls Club” on Monday, September 17 at 10pm ET/PT, Andrea makes a failed attempt at winning the other girls back and gets in over her head. Meanwhile Ashley is determined to find Mr. Right but will she find him at the club?
Then directly after on “Girlfriend Confidential: LA,” Monday, September 17 at 11pm ET/PT, Eva prepares for an audition of a lifetime and is thrown a curveball that makes her consider a new career path. Nikki's estranged father is ready to reunite, but Nikki must decide if she's ready. Denyce fights rumors of a bad reputation.
